No, I just sit there and wait. Doesn't take that long to change the cluster, at all.
The other half of the wait was them finding out WHY the lights are still on. It would
not be so bad except that it takes 45+ minutes to get there, and $4.20 in tolls. times
THREE now...

I definitely do not have leather seats and trim.
I definitely do not have ABS or TCS.

I have a driver power seat, but the switch up towards the front doesn't do anything.
IT just has two arrows on it. The up, down, back and forth work, but that seperate
one does nothing, so I suppose that is broke as well...
I bought my GT new.

The hood scoop was not an option on V6 models. It was part of a GT appearance package that also included chrome tipped mufflers instead of just cut steel. Here's the original for options from a ford brochure.

ABS was also not avaialble on V6 models (as of 2008) and neither was Traction Control.

Wrong, ABS and TCS were options for the V6 in 2005.

They came standard on the 2006 Pony package, and were options on the other V6 models. They became optional again in the 2007 model year as part of the "safety package" for all V6's including the Pony package.

My 2006 with Pony package had ABS, TCS, and used the GT suspension parts including front and rear stabilizer bars.

Mustang is FINALLY fixed. No more MILs, and I even got two new keys out of it. This cluster
has almost 50,000 miles on it. So, will get another odometer discrepancy notice (email) from
CarFax.When I originally bought it, the keys had to go in facing a certain direction, even though they
were double sided keys; the ford logo on the keys had to face upward, to turn them. So, he
asked me if I noticed that, and I said yes I did, and it should not be that way. They said
someone messed with the ignition cylinder, which is why the key had to be inserted a
certain way.
So, they had to remove the IC to fool the scan tool into thinking the IC was blank, then
program a used IC. The detail also says that the car had two different key codes
programmed into it. They cut two keys that still didn't work in both directions, the 3rd
and 4th worked. They said I can program my other spare key, and told me how to do it without a scan tool.
SO, I will have three keys for it in the end. they said you can have four keys total, but they
kept the one I went there with.

They said:
Put one programmed key in, turn to run, wait till dash lights go out, remove the key.
Put the second programmed key in, turn to run, wait for the dash lights to go out, remove the key.
Put the key to be programmed into the car, into the ignition, turn it to run, and then start the car.

You have to have TWO programmed keys do use this method, and can have up to four keys
programmed.
