Default Fuses

I jumped start my 09 V6 after a long winter storage several weeks ago and my radio doesn't work. I am having a hard time trying to take fuse box cover off to check the fuses. I got front panel off in front of the fuse box. Do the cover on the fuse box swing down from top to bottom or to the side ? There is a blue latch at top of the fuse box, is this suppose to pull out in order to take the cover ? Please advise as I miss listening to my favor radio station. Thanks.

Interior:

Engine Compartment:

Main fuse for the radio is in this panel and is no.56.

The top cover just comes off the engine compartment one.

The interior one is the kick panel cover.
