Default Driver side window problems

I have a 2005 ford mustang 4.0l and the driver side window doesn't shut when I close the door. So i changed out the door jamb switch to fix it and tried recalibrating the window motors but it doesnt work. Now after i put the new switch in it goes up when i have the door open and it window goes down when the door is closed so it seems it's doing the opposite of what it's supposed to. I've replaced the door jamb switch twice already and it still doing it. I've tried the calibration multiple times but it doesn't work.

Could the wiring be reversed somehow?
