If I were to do only basic bolt ons, most likely just exhaust, cold air and gears, I would obviously go with the Mach. But since it's so much cheaper(the Cobra) I would more than likely put a KB blower on it. Stock vs. Stock I would absolutely take the Mach, but with the extra thousands I would gain by picking up a Cobra would mean KB

Not to mention in 1/8 mile, 03/04 cobra will get beat by Mach. Been proved plenty of times with equal drivers and same guy driving both cars. 2 tenths difference here.

LOL No contest, get the Mach.
The front of the 98 looks good, but they messed up the back of the car...it doesnt have as good a stance as the Mach, they always look "raked".
The Mach is faster, newer, rarer, and you'll find more nice ones. Plus the shaker scoop is cool.

There is going to be a larg price difference, but if you can get a mach get one. The only downfall of the machs is the gages kinda suck because you cant read them. But do me a favor if you get a mach put some black bullet wheels on it with deep dish rears. Black bullets + Mach 1= sex on wheels.

I almost bought a 96 cobra, white,black leather, cobra-r's, full tint, no mods 90k on the motor, they wanted 8900 for it, but i checked insurance on it and it was crazy so i bought a 96 white GT instead for 5500 and insurance is less then what i was paying on my last 4 cylinder.
Go with the Cobra, i kind of regreting not having that power and everyone thinks they look bad *** (which they do) and the ladies love them.......

The front of the Mach is just so beastly. The only 2 colors I would look at in a Mach would be Black or Dark Shadow Gray. I gotta head to class right now, gimme some more input before i come back.

azure blue machs are amazing looking. i think you should consider them if you decide to get a mach i saw one in person and wished thats the color i got. I dont really like dsg that much. Black is awesome but most people wont think you car is different then a gt since they cant see the stripes or shaker very well
