valve stem problem

Default valve stem problem

how do u install valve stems. they look to big for the rim hole and they dont pop right in. is there a secret to pushing them in?

at the tire shop i used to work at we had a tool that you screwed onto the end of the valve stem and pulled it thru the hole. There are different valve stems. Low pressure stems, high pressure stems, metal stems. They also have short/long stems. Long stems are for cars with hubcaps because you have to go thru the rim + some more. Low pressure stems (0-40psi) high pressure stems(0-100psi) metal stems ive seen are usually on limo caddys and those are filled to 80psi.
