Vacuum lines are control lines that move vacuum actuators, which in turn, turn on, or open a valve. For example when you turn your car on defrost, a vacuum actuator closes a clapper door in the heater to divert hot air to the windshield. All vacuum lines have a specific job, whether it is vacuum supply or applied vacuum from a control valve. In other words, don't remove or you may be sorry.
