question about 01 cobra

question about 01 cobra
sorry if this is in the wrong section but i figured that the 4.6 guys could help me out on this one. i was wanting to know how well i would fair against a 01 svt cobra they have full exhaust 4.10's, drag lites, short shifter, and sct chip tune not sure on nething else.
i have a 95GT with several mods that should be done this weekend click on the link in my sig for mods and thanks for the help. oh yeah i would more than likely be on street tires

hmmm I'm not quite sure. I know those cobras are fast but you've got a lot done to it... i'd like to know what the dyno numbers say and the ET are. Seems like your car should be pretty quick... aren't the 01 cobras N/A too?

They make 310 hp with the TSB fix... his exhaust adds a little... but the gears and tires make the biggest difference. He does have the IRS so if you launch hard with good tires you will have him on the launch but he will be able to reel you in.
Edit: On second thought, with all of your mods, you may be able to beat him. If you get that nitrous kit up and going you'll be able to beat him for sure. Watch for the gears though... as I said before, the gears and tires will make a big difference, but he does have a launch dis-advantage because of the IRS.

i have been wondering cause its a friend in a local car club around here and i was wondering but i don't have ne money left over from getting it back together so i know i am going to spin prolly into 3rd if not longer so i am a little bit worried about that. and what is the tsb ur speaking off? i would like to run him on motor and then with spray.
