There are V6 guys out there making mad horsepower on their V6s and beating the hell out of V8s all the time. However they will still be underestimated and belittled by people that believe that a mustang must come with a V8. There is something about the sound of a V8 that quiets doubters about what is under the hood. A loud V6 is nothing short of annoying no matter how fast it is.

Yes i'm aware of that. I made a mistake. Look at the BOLD in my original post (I bolded it). I'll fix the "Both are V6 cars" to "Both are 6s" Notice the bold "I6" now?

and then there's those like me with a GTS/248A model. All the benefits of the GT engine blended with the V6 lightweight

the best thing for me is pulling up to a ricer with his music so loud the license plate is rattling and his windows are so dark he can't even see outta them and his awful sounding exhaust and i have a smile on my face the whole time. why you might ask?? well because he can floor it all he wants but once that light turns green there is not a prayer in the world that can help him.

HAHAHHA, smoke his *** out! like the lil rat he is! the funny thing is bluepony is right, even if you have the fastest v6 mustang out there, when someone asks you what engine its got, and you say, a fast v6, they are gonna laugh their asses off, OXY-MORON....but if you say a fast v8, they are gonna WANT A RIDE!!!! dont burn the guy who asked the Q tho, i mean AT LEAST HE IS WONDERING...some of the sixers dont give the time of day to the V8's....o by the way, i listend to this guys v6 exhaust in general tech and it sounded like crap..and he told me to "take the dick outa my ear that would help me hear it better" funny thing was what does he do, hes got his music blastin, and he starts his car, and he just lets the thing have it, just shoves the gas to the floor, never had a chance to idle, and it was poppy and raspy, yuck, i should get the forum and past it in here, youd laugh, whoever says a v6 is faster then a v8 is just as smart as a ricer thats like saying a pedal bike is faster then a crotch rocket...it aint happenen
