Default Throttle Body and Plenum: what's the best?

Alright, long story short my stock plenum is no longer usuable so now I've got to replace it, and I figured since I have to spend the money I may as well get the best I can -- so if you would take the time to list what brand of throttle body + plenum you think is best and possibly why it is the best, I'd really appreciate it.

I hear that unless you're running forced induction that you don't need anything more than 70mm

And as for twin, that's no good for GTs :] You cobra bastids
