Bad wording.....ANY MAF can be used with ANY injectors. The MAF isn't calibrated to the injectors, the computer is calibrated for the injectors and MAF. I run my stock MAF that came on my car with 19# injectors. I still use the same MAF with 30# injectors.

Yes but the mass air must match the injector size. Every mass air meter is calibrated to a certian size injector.

i hear alot of people say its bad but no one here has done it and nobody can prove it. I put a remaned cobra maf and #24 in my car when i had a bad injector because i got a deal on a set for $100 (had a set special ordered and the guy called and said he didnt want them so i got a deal) anyway I used them havent noticed mush of a difference still get 19 mpg in the city and the car runs great. so as of now i say do want you want. If nobody tries it nobody will really know for sure

I have the same set up as well. I have a cobra 80mm mass air and 24lbs injectors but my car needs to be tuned so who knows I won't really know how well it runs till spring.

Actually, I HAVE done it and saw ZERO gains with a C&L 85mm MAF. Unless you are FI, there is NO need to get another MAF.
