We'll wait for others to chime in..but a clutch, a shifter, a clutch adjustment and a flywheel do not net any HP gains on the dyno.
Maybe the flywheel if anything, but nothing worth writing home about.

well the cat back is good for 10 HP at the wheels, so that leaves what 20 horse so maybe 5 of it is becasue its a 5 speen thats 15 left. it came from somewhere. if you make it easier for the power to get to the wheels your going to see an increase in power making it to the wheels.

I think you are somewhat right in the power transfer being better with transmission mods, but i think it's more of an acceleration (60', 0-60, 1/4mile) gain rather than an actual HP gain on a dyno.

Have you noticed with our color car that after you wash it, the color looks so much better? When i first baught it i wasn't too excited about the color but then i washed it and it looked a much darker red, i love it now.

yup i waxed it this week 4 times and it looks like sex. its nice i was the same way about it at first.

Now that i re-thing the whole dyno situation this is what i think: The dyno you went on does indeed show lower than other dynos, thus the big difference. I think he has 15 rwhp over you because of the exhaust and 5speed, no more. We'll see if anyone else knows more.
LOL I wish they knew something so they could correct us etc. instead of just watching, but we'll see later on. Code will probabily chime in.
