After swapping my brakes I have noticed my pedal is softer, and if I don't move at all (bleeding for example) the pedal goes straight to the floor every time, running or not. After going for a short drive (being positive I can stop first) it started acting more normal. It's a little soft now so I will probably bleed them again tomorrow. Bleed, drive, bleed, drive, over and over again... all the bubbles get bumped out eventually.
