starter issue, need help!

Default starter issue, need help!

hey guys ive purchased a new starter over the winter and i am ready to install it today. However once i located the starter i noticed that the one i had purchased did not look the same. although it looks like the one i have seen in pictures for my stang. its a 2000 gt. can anyone direct me whether it be pictures or advice? thanx alot guystrying to get er done today

also on the boxx of the newly purchased starter it says, no core?

OLD ON THE LEFT NEW ON THE RIGHT
they should look like one of those you need the one on the right. the number you gave looks like it might be a delco starter but i dont know what for.

thanx alot man, i no where it is now, do u have to take the pulley off and the belt?im guessing not. and also the old one has plastic connectors and the new has jsut the points with the nuts? wuts with thT

the parts the plastic connectors hook to will unbot i think on the old one. dont have to take off the pulley or anything like that,
