Default is this a good buy?

well this is my first post and i'm sure there has been a billion like it before but!
i'm looking at buying a 2001GT 57k miles with the following mods, can anyone tell me if this is a good setup/buy?
this will be my first mustang and i want to do it right, i've been working on cars for a while but mostly German s0 v8 tuning is new to me.
well here is what it has.

kenne bell supercharger/intercooler with duel fans and aluminum intake manifold
diablo sport revolition programmable chip tuned by a dyno shop 385hp/420tq (i think it was at 6-9 psi range)
kenne bell big air kit (90mm maf intake tubes and k&n filter)
90mm lightning throttle body
kooks long tube headers catted mid pipe and magna flow 3" catback
auto trans fully built with red egale trans kit/ red eagle kevlar clutch packs, shift kit, forged shaft,
4:10 rear end gears
tru trak posi rear end
2003 cobra rear suspension
kenne brown sub frame connectors
koni front shocks bilstein rear shocks
coilovers(dont know the brand)
hawk pads, brembo rotors
pinion snubber (no idea wtf that is)
steeda sway bar
17x9 17x10.5 bullet wheels

does this sound like its a good set up, and how much would a car like this go for?
thanks for any advice you can give on this, i hope to be a mustang owner so weather it be this car or another.

Yes indeed...that seems to be a very nice setup...someone has put some time and money into it....also seems that the tune might be a little bit conservative.

what's he asking? thats alot of work, but never get outta it even anywhere close to what you put in it. so if he tells you he has an extra 10-12K in it, that's great, but dont pay off his credit cards for him.

Im thinking 15-17k depending on how nice it really is. It could be ragged to all hell. If thats the case then dont buy it. Period.

I've always been against buying another's project.
1. You have no idea how he treated that car.
2. You will get bored because all the work is already done for you.

That's just me though.

+3, I honestly lose respect of the owner when they bought the car. And that guy defanitly beat on the car.

well the car is very clean no dings ect.. the motor is really clean, and all the work was done by a good local shop (that i plan on stopping by and asking about the car). i really don't think i'll get bored with the car, i'm gonna start with some cams and add a bigger fuel pump/ injectors, then a smaller pully and a tune. after that i would guess rods/pistons and so on, so i figure this could be a good platform for a beast
