dome lights stay on?

Hey guys,
I have a 2001 gt and my doom lights have been staying on latley? I have made sure that all of my doors and trunk are closed and the **** for the head lights isnt turned on either. I unplugged the dome lights so its not a big deal for now, but I need to get to the bottom of this. The funny thing is that when I lock the doors from my key fob the horn beeps twice and that has never happened before? Normally it will beep once for everytime I hit the button. I appreciate any help with this one guys.

He said the **** for the head light isnt turned on so therefore the headlights are not on. Turning the **** doesnt make the headlights go on. He should have said the headlight **** isnt turned or I didnt turn the interior lighting on by turning the headlight ****. Something along those lines.

okay if the **** is in the right position, just go check both of the little door sensor buttons... one of them may be sticking or may be bad!! Check the wiring off them too. Not a big deal, man if I was there I could figure it out fo ryou. I'm pretty good at figuring out wiring problems like that

I had the same problem with my 99 GT. I never figured it out. Did it for 2 or 3 months, then stopped. Very weird.
