Default Code 3, or Dan Cobra

Hey guys would it be possible to put together a sticky on common mods and true Hp and torque gains? People who have dynoed their cars and have tangible, real, figures. It is really tough to wade through all the aftermarket parts BS claims and find truth. I know you (code) have done many mods on your GT, and probably have some good stats. It kinda would be like a recipe book for modders, to send us in the right direction. Thanks,
John

+2 Some dyno charts would really be great too!! This would cure alot of the "is it worth it" threads.

What about with just dyno slips? I am also tired of the range of hp claims from the same mod.

That was my question, if people had before and after dyno slips, maybe we could post them in a sticky. I don't even really know what a stock GT 5 speed dyno's out at???????? I've heard, 221, 231, 235, 241. A bullitt at 239, 236,. I think many of us don't have a clue where are cars start out in HP/torque, and what REALLY (dyno slip) these mods do.

It's kinda like hit or miss. Here it is today, a guy puts on Long tubes on his car it's flat and he needs a tune. My point is, he never knew that before hand. It really sucks when you put alot of time into something and it doesn't perform like it should, it would be real helpful to have some data to build a reference library.

YOU WILL NEVER KNOW HOW HP DIFFERENT MODS MAKE UNLESS THE ENTIRE WORLD USES THE SAME DYNO !!

Different dynos give different results. Therefore its useless.... As far as you hearing 241 on a stock gt Mach 70 its possible on a very generous dyno w/a tune.

Most stock 5spd gts start out around 220-225hp ive seen dyno results...
