Default crap or quality?

just curious on your opinions on these suspension packages. I have a t76 turbo on the way to my house and before that goes on the gt I know I'll need to upgrade the suspension along with a laundry list of other things. I'm looking at 6F. any thoughts?

Trick one has good stuff. I read an article in MM&FF about a year ago where they installed one of their bottom of the line "handling packages" that contained springs, shocks, struts, and sway bars. It was a nice article and the package got good reviews and they saw improvements on the track. The only thing I see is, if you don't need it all, maybe select a different package. But as far as the price goes, it's pretty good. Are you planning on roadracing your car? Because if it's just a street car that will see only the occasional drag race (most of the people on here) then it's kinda silly to buy that package. Just my opinion though...

thanks for the info. It will be occasionally raced, however it's mostly for fun. A reason to go hang out with the guys and leave my wife at home. With the turbo setup my buddy is building for my car we hope to get somewhere in the large neighborhood of 650-800rwhp depending on which long block I end up getting. I figured for such high numbers a new axle, etc, etc would be needed plus some heavy duty suspension work so I can drive it somewhat safely.

Yea. If you're replacing the axel (a must for high HP on your car, I'm assuming its a GT) I would suggest you contact this company and see what their suggestions/limitations are for thier package and whether or not it is suitable for your application.
