Default my experience with rpmoutlet.com

ok so I put a medium sized order in with rpmoutlet.com on 3/1/06
BBK headers, BBK TB & plenum, Diablo Tuner, Pypes offroad x pipe, Trueflow CAI, Motoblue UD pullys and a few other small parts. the price was good and it came with free shipping.
03/07/06: the offroad x pipe, tuner and UD pullys arrive as expected
03/08/06: the Trueflow CAI arrives
03/09/06:NOTHING So I call...get the story that some how the last two boxes with my headers and intake parts were left in the corner of the warehouse for a week. I'm told that they will be sent 3 day UPS
03/14/06 AM: STILL NOTHING I called again....another story! BBK out of stock, they can't find the ones that were in the box that was being sent
03/14/06 PM: A call from the manager asking if it's ok for them to upgrade me to JBA titanium headers and Accufab TB & Plenum....umm ok no brainer on my part
shortly after recieve an email with new 3 day select UPS tracking number...ok I feel better now

Overall experiance was good but a little frusterating not having the parts when I expected them, however instead of saying to me screw off and wait for em they made it right...

LoL... Im am STILL waiting for my MIL Eliminators from BBK. Its going on a GOOD 3 weeks now, and its been a full week since they "FORGOT" to send them, and they said they will be sending them.

The BBK LT's came on time, but these MILs are just ridiculous. After FORGETTING to send them, you think out of good customer service they would have overnighted them and had them at my door the next day. NOPE, still waiting....

Well at least they upgraded the parts for you for free... They did something to justify their mishap..

+1, i understand shez happens, but when it seems like an epic story, that is crap. but at least they stepped up and made an attempt to retain you as a customer.

Looks like you came out pretty good on the whole deal. I bet you can't wait to get all that installed!
