Dollar for Dollar, Nitrous is the best bang for the buck. If you've got $500 to spend, I'd go with the 100 shot. You won't believe the difference it makes. It's like having a blower...But only when you need it. 100 HP at the flip of the switch.

But careful...You'll get ADDICTED!!

the only reason why I am kinda straying away from nitrous is because people keep bitching about it....oh its gonna cook your rings in no time, you're gonna roast your clutch, and so on....and I just cant afford to have to dish out all kinds of money to fix the broken stuff. and the nitrous will cost more money, because of buying the guages you need which are like 150+ each soo

Then go with a 75 shot, and don't use it all the time. Use it when you go to the track, the usual stoplight race...Or just to blow past a Z28 or Cobra on the express way. You're not going to break **** as long as you're not spraying it out of the hole at every light.

If you haven't replaced the stock clutch yet, you'll probably need to do that anyway. I wouldn't worry about rings and pistons unless you're spraying a 180 or 200 shot.

Pretty well said, Silver, dont listen to the crap people tell you. Whoever is telling you that crap heard it from another ignorant..Nitrous is safe, up to 125 Hp shot is safe......And agree, is so frigging addictive......Go for it, I think we have discussed this in the past already, dont be a chicken.....

i have the same problem here im new to the stang crave but i was wanting to put a saleen blower on my 02 GT 5-spd, (i allready have BBK equal length headers, x pipe w/duel flowmasters,K&N FIPK cold air intake,BBK 75mm throttle body, excel injectors w/fuel pressure regulator and upgraded fuel rails, adjustable throw clutch), but the problem is i dont see it done very often and was wondering why that was. i like the way the saleen blower sits and looks on the engine i dont like the procharger set up but i have heard the saleen blower is not as effective could anyone else clarify this i want the saleen power under a GT badge, lol im planning on buying within the next 60 days im not going with NO2, the saleen kit comes with everything i need ( i think except the relocating kit for the altenator) please any info would help thank you very much

I say Nitrous for bang for your buck but have to disagree about the C&L MAF. The C&L is by far the best set up for increase in airflow. Doesn't look the best, but it's nice and it works. Much better than CAI. I felt a boost in power the moment I put it on.
