Hey guys, my friend broke his tail light for his 2001. We want to save $70 for the intallation from the Ford Dealership. I tried searching but I couldnt find a how to anywhere. I don't want to just go in and rip up his trunk. If anyone could help I would be much appreciated.

 

it's pretty easy but you do have to go into the trunk.....there is a couple plastic fasteners.....one is towards the back of the car.....it has a notch in it because it's a plastic screw....unscrew it and pull back the trunk lining..........the light assembli is held on by 4 bolts.....+1 retaining washer.
