its an automatic..not sure of the differential size ,i read there is 2 different sizes ,so i will have to find that out.funny you would say something about the intake plenum.i was pricing them last night.whats the difference from the stock one and a perfomance one?do they make a signifinicant difference

It not a huge difference, but you were just looking for suggestiong. You have the 8.8 rearend with a traction-loc differential. Definitely look into a shift kit, stall converter and gears though. That in itself, will be the best bang for the buck for your car right now.
