Default throttle body

I know all about the write up on throttle bodies and plenums. I am buying an Accufab throttle body. I know that the 75mm will only give me around 1 more HP than the 70mm with the c&l plenum combo. I will have cams, longtubes, pullies, all bolt ons. My question: Will the difference in size affect HP gains on my other mods or not. Thanks
