Clutch, exaust, driveshaft
I will be doing a trans swap (to fix the busted t45) in a few weeks, and thought as long as im under the car, and have the trans out, might as well put on headers/xpipe, and maybe an aluminum driveshaft, and a new clutch.
A few questions
1. I see MAC is about the cheapest set of headers for long tubes I can get. Are they a good brand? I cant seem to find any mac xpipes, only their power pack thing (some sort of H pipe). Can I get a set of MAC long tubes and a BBK xpipe (for long tubes) ? Will this look/sound/perform like ****? Will it work at all?
2. Whats the opinion on clutches? I have seen some very decent prices on SPEC. Also, centerforce? Have seen a few kits, but they dont include the throwout bearing.
3. Finally, the aluminum driveshaft/flywheel. Opinions? Probably gonna get them from Ford Motorsports.
4. Probably gonna put on underdrive pullys at the same time. Any good/cheap places to get em?
BTW its a 2000 GT, with diablo chip, flowmasters, 3.73s, and a K&N
