What are you using the car for???

I have some BFGoodrich G-force KDWS tires on the front
I also like the Nitto DRs. It all depends on what you are using the car for.

For the benefit of Emann 0007 and the rest of you guys, 245/45 tires are the maximum size rated for the stock 17" x 8" rims. A tire the size of 275/40 is rated to be mounted on a 9" to 11" wide rim. Just because you CAN mount them on your 17" x 8" rims does not mean you should. The bead is not considered safe on an 8" width rim. That is why tire manufacturer's post their recommendations.....to avoid accidents! Not a nice thing if you go into a corner hot and your front tire(s) decides to break the bead on your rim.

Check out these recommendation charts of popular brands:

if you don't want to go D/R's I would suggest Michelin Pilot Sport T/A's... at the launch they feel just like D/R's on good conditions and they are good in the rain... a little more than your noraml radials though

I'm gonna have to say nitto's.

Youll get a ton of use out of them compared the mickey t's and bfg's. I still managed to yank off a few 1.8 60's at the track with pretty much a stock powered GT.

ORIGINAL: hot wheels

michellin sport pilots

Dont think you've ever driven a car with drag radials, if you think sport pilots are the best.

I have an off brand called "defender ZR" It is made by BFG, They last along long time. Also when they get hot from a burn out they get super juicy tracktion out the wazoo, but cold they are fairly hard and last a real long time, I like them.
