They both safe, what do you want to do wth the car? Street or strip? Daily driver or weekend warrior? Whats your budget? Do you think you are worthy of a SC? KB = power gains as soon as you hit the throttle, similar gains throughout the rpm range
ATI= more power but at a higher rpm, builds more boost the faster the engine is turning
