A bottle of injector cleaner probly wont do it depending on how dirty they are. Most oil change places will do injector cleaning. Its a little expensive but it usually works.
How is injector cleaning done exactly?
They disconnect your fuel lines from the gas tank and hook them up to a machine and run the car with the cleaner going through and it cleans the injectors like new.

try replacing the PCV valve as well as check the vacum hoses for cracks or dry rotting. And if you havent replaced the fuel filter in 30,000 miles or more, replace it. I replaced all of my vacum hoses and PCV valve as well as fuel filter and now my idle stays put, it will idle steady for what seems like hours.

Would high octane gas with cleaner work just as well? If not, what places do you think are the best to have it done at? We have quality auto center, sears, and ford around here.

You can try high octane with the cleaner if you want. Its worth a shot but I dont think it will work as good. No matter where you take it to get it done will all cost about the same. Its well worth it if its never been done before and if you dont use injector cleaner regularly. I use valvoline injector cleaner at every oil change on both of my cars.

The vacum hoses are the hoses that run from the PCV valve to lower intake plenum, intake tube to drivers side valve covers, etc...
