Default Rough idle?

My car has a rough (not that rough, but enough for me) idle and I can't seem to figure it out.

This is what I have done to the car so far:

-body cleaning
-spark plugs/boots changed
-computer checked for codes
-new air filter (K&N, going to put the full CAI in soon)
-fuel pressure is between 37-44 PSI
-fuel filter replaced
-pvc valve replaced

Anything else to check?

Another thing can be a cracked exhaust manifold. That will cause a rough idle as well.

I can try injector cleaner to see if that works, but the fuel filter has already been changed (sorry forgot to put that)

A bottle of injector cleaner probly wont do it depending on how dirty they are. Most oil change places will do injector cleaning. Its a little expensive but it usually works.
