If you are going LT's, Catted X, and LM2's... It is going to be pretty damn loud. LT's really wake up the car, and LM2's are self explanitory, they are LOUD. (My setup is just ridiculously loud, but LM2's are still loud as hell).

RE: exhaust question..
I could have gone with any company around (money was not an issue). I decided to go with SLP products because of their quality. Everything is stainless steel and the fit and finish are top notch. The headers fit nice and tight and I have never had any issues with them hitting anything while I was driving. The x-pipe w/cats and LM1's fit snug under the car and look great as well. The complete system has been on my car for over a year and I have never had any problems with bolts becoming loose or any rattling noises.
