Default my SeaFoam experience

A friend and I both used this awesome product, Seafoam. We both sucked about 1/3 of a pint into the pcv valve vacuum, and wow, what a difference. Feels like I got all the power back that I lost since I bought the car. My car didn't spew much, if any black smoke, more greyish, and not even that much, I took my time and sucked it in really slow, my neighboor said most of the time when you get smoke is when you do too much, and your car runs rich. My idle prior to the SeaFoam application was bad, it would chug, and overall peformance just didnt seem there like it use to be. SeaFoam definitely seemed to cure that problem, I definitely plan on doing a 2nd application.

I also put in 5w-20 mobil-1, and I'm sure that didn't hurt at all

There's a 50,000,000 page thread on another board (*cough*) singing the praises of Seafoam. I don't know if it really works or they were impressed by the smoke show. Glad it worked out for you!

i just did mine as well - did the whole pint through the vacuum line. wasnt smoking much around 1500-2k, but i went and punched it to 4k and held it for a little bit and damn did it pour some smoke. cant really tell if it made a difference, and wouldnt be able to tell if it was the placebo effect or not anyways. definitely worth a go for anyone tho. easy maintenance that can gain you some good results.
