Default new springs and tire arrived, Q about shocks?

Got my springs and one of my tires today, they ship them seperatly,, tires are 245/45/17, got a set of matching 275/40/17's for the rear, they should look good with the drop, only 1 1/8" in the front and 3/4 rear, not a big drop, but it is just what I wanted. still waiting on my control arms and offset rack bushings.... Anyone know a good all around shock for street and occasional track use, I would like to avoid adjustables just cause of the cost factor,, how are the self adjusting ones, do they actually work well? I figure just about anything must be better than stock. Thanks

OK, today my bushings and vale stem caps arrived, now I'm just waiting on the control arms and other tire. I think it's all gonna come together pretty nicely, gonna tint the windows too. My car is in the shop from my accident, they discovered the whole rearend got tweaked, so it's gonna be completely replaced, think it's a good time to upgrade to 31 spline axles. So, does anyone have some advice on good shocks and struts that will handle well on the street and work well occasionally at the track? What about the 3 way adjustables??? Thanks.

There just cheap springs from mustang tuning, I'm hoping there decent, I did not want to do a 1.5 or 2 inch drop, these ones matched what I wanted so I figured I'd try them, as long as they last a few years before they start sagging, I'll be happy.
