Well from what i can find five o sales pink Bosch injectors that are 22 lb-ers. I think there is too many cars out there with pink injectors for it to be an aftermarket mod though, Could this be a 01.5 up injector color, and if so is there a size difference in the factory fuel injectors in 4.6s? Anyone have any ideas?

Hey.. my car also has pink injectors.. they was in it when i bought it. I have wondered about this many times because most cars that i see have orange or yellow ones. Mine is a 2003... think it has anything to do with year models? Anyone have any info on factory fuel injector colors?????? -neil-

In answer to your request for injector info, here is what I have complied
Bosch# 280 150 556, Denso# F0TE-D5B, 19#, jetronic [old style] connector; "Bumble Bee", "Mustang"
280 150 561, F0TE-D9B, 22#, jetronic; "Pink Top"
280 150 947, F1TE-D9A, 24#, jetronic; "Blue Top"
280 150 945, F1SE-E5A, 30#, jetronic; "Red Top"
280 150 558, ?????????, 42#, jetronic; "Green Top", SVT Lightning
unfortunately none of these will work for my because I am looking for injectors with the USCAR [new style] connector
but if anyone wants to give me the numbers, and capacity of their injectors, I will continue to complied a better listing

I have a 2002 that has pink top injectors, I to have only seen #19 as yellow/orange. I have 5 #30 (red top) they need homes. But what is the power advantage that we would have over a 4.6L PI with #19.

does it really matter, why did u post. If this was to not be here it would be gone. maybe someone may have more info, never know. but again u took the time to post. Why add to the server with something new when there's something here already.
