Default Calling Mach 1's

Does anyone on here have a Mach 1 with a S/C? I was thinking of this question because I seen that you guys were putting times of about 13.1-13.3 in the 1/4, and then the Cobras are 12.7-13.0. Please tell me that a S/C on a Mach 1 would put them into the low 12's or high 11's? Its the same engine and the Cobras only run .3-.5 seconds faster with the addition of a S/C. Anyones best bet would be to buy a Mach 1 and then add a S/C and go out and whoop the Cobras azz.

Automatic Running a KB 10.58 in the 1⁄4 on 315/35/17 drag radials. Blue 5 speed Run KB runs 11.46. There both the full kit. 2.2L blower. Also, thats on a stock suspension.

Is it anybody on here or someone else on another forum? And is there a video of that? Its crazy that the auto is running faster than the 5spd.

Your stock motor is safe till about 450rwhp. Some people run more, but it's playing with fire.

Now, a forged setup with a single turbo, 800hp won't be out of the question. It'll take a ton of supporting mods to do it...

yes machs run low 13s n/a unless your me and then you consistantly run mid 13s lol. Also the motors are similar but defiently not identical (different cams, internals, etc) between the cobras and machs. I am seriously looking into purchasing the procharger kit in the near (next 3-4 months) in which case my 100 shot will be reduced to less than 50 if at all. Many sites have supercharger "tuner" kits which complete minus upgraded fuel pumps, injectors, and tuners which I already have. So if you can scrounge those up, then your looking at around 3800 dollars for a supercharger setup on a mach 1.

All the local mach guys who run FI are switching to cobra blocks. Forged internals, lower compression = win!

Also, I bet the 2.2L guys have done the forged internals and/or dished pistons.

Mach's have a higher compression ratio than GT's/Cobras = detonation at anything more than 8-9PSI.

Can the M112 bolt right up to the Mach 1 no problem like that? I think it would because of the DOHC like the Cobra, or am I wrong?
