Are the leather seats in a stang (02) all leather, or are just the top seating surfaces leather, with the sides, back, and headrest being vinyl or naugahide?
It's hard to tell, but I think it might be vinyl there...

thats not true we have a 02 gt over here and it is all leather no fabric no vinyl.and it was like this from the factory the interior hasnt been touched so theres no chance of the seats being re done,as they have too much wear to have been replaced

 

hummmm... you can flip up the vinyl looking stuff, and it has a mesh/foam backing, but I think most leathers have this applied when used in a seat cover. It seems like vinyl, but looking close, it had inperfections and what not... I'd be surprised if Ford would go to the trouble of making fake leather look real nice when they were going cheap in the first place..

anyone else? I'm leaning towards the seating surfaces only being leather...

 

you could usually smell leather to see if its real it should have that distinct leather smell...

now everyone go sniff their seats lol

 

I want leather...[&o] anyone know the cheapest place to buy seats, other than out of a wreck, or some nice leather, or pleather, or straight up guchi seat covers?
