Does Mass Airflow Sensor help, does it give hp and how much, how much money is it??

 

Yes. MAM has been shown to give up to 10 RWHP, at least according to C&L. This was the MAM/air filter/inlet pipe though. I just installed one last night, seems to be working in conjuction with the new T/B and upper plenum. I paid 355.00 for the MAM/K&N/inlet pipe package. Main differences I saw was an increase in diameter of the MAM, which also had only a small area to hold the sensor instead of one big bar accross the entire MAM. Also the inlet pipe is ALOT smoother than the stock one, and remains the same size all the way thru.
