Default New to this Site!! - Need Suggestions for suspension

I have an 01 GT

Without getting too much into the specifics I have 300 (+/-) HP on my otherwise stock motor.

I have BFG KDW 2 (new tread pattern) tires. 245 front, 295 rear.

Important note: the car is a daily driver during the spring and summer.

I have 1.5" Eibach Pro Lowering Springs already on the front and rear but would like to make some additional suspension modifications to improve "launch grip".

Can someone give me some ideas on what options I have available.

Thanks

Strange adjustable shocks/struts. Lowering control arms. Full-Length Subframe connectors. I'm sure others can give you even more

I was considering lower control arms...but am not really knowledgeable with suspension mods. That is why I am asking.

I want to reduce "wheel hop" as much as I can.

Call maximum motorsports tech line and explain your situation. They can tell you what you need to do and will even explain how those parts do the job they do. The tech number is 805-544-8748.

lowering takes away from weight transfer in turn hurts your launch grip, eibach makes a drag launch kit, upper and lower control arms are a good deal too, also look into a cobra swaybar or any aftermarket brand will be good, strut twer brace and some struts, subframe connectors...

Those springs are actually hurting your traction, they are stiff, so you dont have much weight transfer... If it's a daily I would put uppers and lowers, a set of shocks and call it a day...

The Car is a daily drive. Is an Drag Kit a little over the top?

Just curious on your opinion of that.

The Wheel Hop isn't bad and I realize that no matter what you tire you put on if you want to break traction you can get them to break traction. I just want to keep the rear-end down as much as possible. I don't get on it hard very often...but If I need to I don't want it to break traction (a lot anyway)

For a daily driver I would not get the Drag kit, but you defently need some upper/lower control arms and sub frame connectors. With thoes you will notice a big improvement in traction.

Sweet. I will look into upper and lower control arms. Rear Only? Does the front really matter that much?

Any suggestions on brand?

I am not sure what exactly a sub fram connector is/does so if you don't mind explaining that a little.
