Someone on this forum has like 417RWHP on an 8psi procharger kit. And btw...400RWHP is more like 470 crank HP.

Murillo motorsport recently told me to run no higher than 8# boost for longlivity. I have a factory motor. So whatever that is worth.

I just wanted to be sure i get over 400rwhp with the kit. Cuz i'm buying the same one as Davojan w/8psi... I also want my engine to last a while, i have 11k miles on my car. So you think 8psi will be enough to put over 400rwhp?

Because if you look on ATI Prochargers website, all the 99-04 GT's are not hitting 400rwhp... they are around 380rwhp even with 10psi and 3-core intercooler, i dont get how you can make 417rwhp?

Keep in mind any other mods you do with the supercharger will gain more than just N/A car. So from 380 if that is on a stock motor it wont take you much to go over 400. Probly a plenum and a good set of long tube headers would get you there.

ORIGINAL: sprostang

ORIGINAL: Wick001

What about spark plugs with a supercharger? any specific brand or type?
NGK BR7EF if your blown.
Would the same got for Nitrous injected? or is it STRICTLY for the blown stangs?

If you're losing 70hp between the flywheel and the rear wheels then you got some f*cked up sh*t goin on with your car. Typically the amount of "hp" that is "lost" between the flywheel and the wheels ranges from 28hp-45hp depending on the car.

well i dunno there was a guy at the same shop that i got mine installed at and he was either stock or just had exhaust and he put 396 to the ground i believe so i mean every car is different. If u go with the 3-core intercooler then u should definitely hit over 400. Thats great that u only got 11K miles. I think u should actually hit better numbers than me...and the reason im saying that is just cause u got the 3-core intercooler and u have a catback...i only have the mufflers welded in...
