Default Suspension Help PLease!

ok bout to upgrade some of my suspension and got a few ideas but need opinions...

CONTROL ARMS
upper and lower control arms for 149 but not adjustable
or would it be important for them to be adjustable? if so
adjustable lower control arms 159

SUBFRAMES
first question is this something i should do last after im finished with exhaust? im just wondering if it would be in the way for longtube header and o/r x install?
1979-2004 Mustang Full Length SubFrame Connectors w/ crossbraces & Torque box adapters
or
MM Full Length Subframe Connectors Bare Steel - For 94- 04 Mustangs
or is there a cheaper set please post link if so....

FRONT STRUTS
Tokico Drag adjustable front strut 94-03
or
KYB AGX adjustable front strut 94-04
which the 2nd one is cheaper...but is there a different type i should look at?

REAR SHOCKS
i was told to get fox body shocks for the rear? any link for those? here is a set of adjustables i found
KYB AGX adjustable rear shock 94-04
or
Tokico Hi Performance rear shock 94-04

if anyone has any other recommendations for great setup that wont break your wallet please post link and price...

I have the agx shocks/struts. they improved my ride and handling a lot, and the adjustability is cool to have and makes a difference on the front and the rear (I don't think i'd go fox shocks). I dunno if they'll last long, i just put them on. I got mine for $275, brand new from some dude in the classified section, and I've seen them on ebay for around $325 shipped. I dunno how they compare to tokico, I've only had these and stock. I have them with the ford racing springs.

What’s the goal of your vehicle?
I can't comment on KYB stuff but I'm use to higher end stuff like Koni, Bilstein. These have always been phenomenal parts

I would recommend tokico over KYB which in "my" opinion are just cheap parts.
I would take bilstein over tokico and the best from my track use is koni adjustable.

Subframe connectors shouldn't be in the way for any aftermarket exhaust with the exception of side exhaust setups.

If you want to go with Adjustable CA then that’s cool. Most places all make the same design. I would recommend getting two different ends for those control arms. One end being a rod end and the other being bush'ed (bushing)
Because trust me from a long rode trip if you have complete rod ends on your upper arms it will drive you completely mad unless this is a pure track car.

Not to mention rod ends on the upper or so stiff that while cornering you can actually see the metal bind if you have your rear seats taken out. I would recommend in that case looking for a torque box reinforcement kit.

Again alot of it can be personal taste. But personally I think you can get away with static uppers and adjustible lowers.

1979-04 Subframe Connectors

which order would you buy these in... i was thinking.. Lowering springs, control arms, sub frames, then shocks struts... but also thinking ill just buy them and not put them on till i have it all so that i dont have to do extra work

I'd the springs.
Then strut/shocks
Subframes.
You can get away with doing the first two at home with average tools.
Of course for the sub frmaes you will have to get some one to weld them in.
