Did they pay for the car? I'm guessing so...I paid for my ride, wish I could afford a s/c. But, not right now. If they paid for it. Honor their request, after all it is really their car. If not, then say f/it and you paid for it do whatever you want to it. I wouldn't feel bad if I paid for it.

Do what your parents say. Get them to help you with the visual mods and save your money for performance mods later when you are out on your own. Never a good idea to go behind parents back on anything. They will always find out in the end and be really upset and disappointed in you. It is not worth the drama.

That blows but you'll be better off if you do what they want. You never know, when it comes time for you to be able to mod the car, they might help you out.

Good luck and be sure to show us what you do!!
