What is the cheapest way to get 500rwhp out of an 03/04 cobra? i know SLP makes a "performance pac" that guarantees 575 at the crank for like $2,400 or something, which is basically a pulley, tune, full exhuast and a CAI. Any cheaper way?

cheepest? spray it.
but you could also get a pulley that ads a lot of HP. A tuner, and headers midpipe and exhaust.

you could port the blower...

I know a guy with a pulley, tuner, intake, full exhaust and a ported blower and he makes about 520 rwhp.

Cheapest way to 500RWHP? Mid-pipe, Catback, 2.76 pulley, ported eaton.

If you send back your core, it's about $500 for a ported Eaton unit, from places I've seen..

I've seen that $2,400 / 575hp package at Summitracing. That seems pretty reasonable for the power added. 03/04 Cobras are underrated at 390hp...what is a more realistic rating? (flywheel/crank)

yea im just trying to prove to someone that the 03/04 cobras respond very well to mods. What does a full bolt on 03/04 cobra make at the wheels?
