right now im searching for stage 1 cams, but i went to mustangtuning.com and it says the vt cams are discontinued. so i went to summit racing and i was thinkin about comp cams, but their are 3 different kinds, with diff duration, degrees, and lift, so im gonna ask you guys which ones are good for stock retainers.

1) Duration 268/ 284, Lift .500/ .500
2) Duration 262/ 266, Lift .550/ .550
3) Duration 270/ 274, Lift .550/ .550

which ones should i get??

they were back-ordered for a bit, i just got mine and they are being installed as we speak. I wanted to do stage 2s but my mechanic wouldnt change valve springs without pulling the heads off, so it would cost some dough. [:@]
