yea but the chances of a stock 4.6 hitting 13.9 is about the same as a stock ls1 running a 12.9. 6 lengths anyone ? LOL.

Wow 13.0 for a stock LS1? Never seen it. At the track I talked to a guy with a completely stock LS2 GTO with 5,000 miles last summer and he ran a 13.2. I see LS1s stock running mid 13s. Some with exhaust hitting low 13s. Don't get me wrong there is some roudy LS1s running 12s. I try to make it a point when I am at the trackto ask people what they have done, but you know how some people aren't honest.

I think with full exhaust (not in cluding headers) with gears and DRs you should take a stock LS1 on the street.

Huh? I live 10 miles from West Chester and I don't know anyone with a stock LS1 with 12.7s. Maybe 13.3-13.5. There is a guy that lives up that way that has a '97 or '96LT1 Camaro SS with a cam, full exhaust, DRs, and nitrous who runs 11s, that's about it.

For perspective. I ran a 12.5 @110 in my 01 SS, at the time the mods were. Drag radials, an air lid, lower control arms and a MAF sensor. This was when my car was a 6 speed. It is significantly faster now that I have a cam and an auto with a big stall.
