How much HP do you think I'll make?
I've found some specs on my car and correct me if i'm wrong, but doesnt a stock 2000 GT have 260 HP puttin out 302 lbs. to the rear???? With that being said, for me... that's not enough. I just got my stang a few months ago and i just put on my MAC prochamber with MAC full exhaust. Next i would like to put on a few more mods such as.... JLT fenderwell intake, 4.10 gears, SCT X-callibor tuner (dont think that's spelled right), and a 75mm polished plenum.
Do you think i'll be anywhere near 300 HP, i'm thinking a little less. I would like to have it over 300 within the next few months, but i'm really pressed for cash. Any mods you would suggest putting on instead to kick up the horsepower for cheap?

The spec are correct, but that is at the flywheel. The numbers to the wheels are about 225 for a stock 2000 GT, which is nowhere near 300 as you can see, lol.
The mods that you listed still won't get you anywhere near 300 to the wheels, but its a good startup base.
I would definitely get a full exhaust in there (including long tube headers): that will grab you about 20 rwhp. Then I would throw an intake + tb/plenum in there to get some better flow to the engine, probably about 10 hp there.
You will start to see the numbers climb, but to be completely honest, without FI, you will spend A LOT of money to see 315 rwhp. I would build up some N/A like your planning on doing, and then grab a S/C.

I make 256 with my mods.... Damn expensive you if ask me just to start out with. But of course everyone tells me my numbers are off because its a Dynojet when some tell me that they are pretty darn close..... Ohh well. To me HP dosn't really matter all that much. What matters is my time and how consistant and get it. If I can run 11.9 continously with just 400 hp and a stock motor..... hell no need for me to spend the extra 3 gs on going forged everything.
