wheres a place to find it? and how much do they normally run?

i was told they are the best really for your money?

Do you guys think thats true?

the K&N seemed like a quality piece when we put it on Nanaki's car, not a Home Depot special.

If you want the best bang for the buck buy a K&N drop in filter and shorten or remove the silencer.

SOHC 4.6 CAI kits are for looks only, the HP claims are BS added peak numbers.

most, if not, all cai hp claims are pretty much BS anyways. minus maybe the claims they do on a 03/04 cobra.

For certain applications where the OE airbox is a maze of resonators a decent gain can be had. But the OE intake tube on the GT/Bullitt/Mach1 is pretty much unrestrictive.

K&N is also very good. The only reason I like JLT better is you can get the pipe painted to match your car, everything for $175 from JLT, I think K&N is a little more, but both are very good.
