Default Proper Break in Period for Transmission

I just had my Transmission Rebuilt and they rebuilt it to be a 2006 Mustang GT Tranny.. They put in Kevlar Bands , Shift Kit and Torque Converter.. Among other things.. How long should I wait before I mash the pedal to the floor?

500 miles at least would be safe. Also, after the break in period change the fluid (flush it) and have fresh stuff in there before you romp on it. You will be happy with those results
