You went with stage 3 non pi comp cams? correct me if I am wrong but dont they have 500 lift stock pi cams have more lift then that. But at idel it sounds great
ya ill try to get that done soon with the video.... comp cams told me with the non pi cams there will be no power loss and the difference in lift is only 50 thousanths of an inch less lift OR WHATEVER the number he said, and that the pi cams is too "IFy" with clearance cause the romeo and winsor engines all have different PTV clearance and to only be sure is to go with the .500 lift cams, and i was re-assured ove and over again after recalling..... not only that i went to the division sportnationals and talked to comp cams FACE to FACE at their booth and i was told the same thing causeif i would have went with even the stage 2 or 3 PI cams i would have had a good chance at haveing PTV clearance problems and having to shave my piston and **** so i went with what they recomended so im happy i did i love the results and i feel good about it
Those are the same cams they used in project red headed step child. This shows that lift on the modular motor is not as important. The lobe seperation and other variables make some differences. nice!
