The Cobra R doesn't have a/c OR heat.

Yeah, I forgot they are side exhaust. But don't let the radio fool you. The Cobra R's Came wired and ready for a radio just didn't put one in.

ahh... so this was someone's attempt at a clone. I really thought it was a cobra R until i saw the exhaust was out the a$$ end. then it was just a clone... it was a good one tho! The interior was plain everything but also a giveaway was the fact it had a radio/cd player and it had a/c.

was cool lookin either way
There was 2 at Ford Nationals last year.....

Pretty different...but way underpowered imo.

I think it's ok if you label it a clone and it's done as close to spec as you can get. We can't all afford a cobra r ya know.

Don't worry about those people that would call it a fobra. In the end it's your car, so do with it what you want. and for thoes who might call the spoiler on the Cobra-R gay, there are just as many chevy people out there who would say that mustangs are gay all together. And you don't see any of us rushing to get rid of our stangs because of what they think (because we know mustangs kick @$$!!!). The point is you drive it, so you build it.

Do what you wanna do. I think the Cobra R is a bad *** Mustang. There is a guy in my area with a red GT, and he has the front fascia and spoiler. I dont know what all he plans to do, but it looks ok, but nothing like a real Cobra R.

some one at the track last night had an 03 GT and made it look like a 03 cobra. it was dissapointing hearing people in the stands say wow thats a slow cobra. he was only trapping 97 mph and running high 14's.

My opinion is, don't make a car out to be something that it's not. It just gives it a bad name. That's my $.02
Well if you wanna go all the way and make it a real clone, everything in it like the 5.4, brakes, ect.
Otherwise you will be driving a Fobra R witha 2v 4.6
