Man UPS is killing me I want the twin, I think my car is smiling and telling me to hurry up and finish my final exams!
This one showed up today the other is do any day now, they got shipped seperately for some reason. I am pretty excited now!




Also I got in the local car show mine next to the black fox (the white non pi gt that actually runs with these boys!)lol.

 

Your doing a turbo setup?

 

No, he just bought them for paper weights. Of course did, what else? Haha..i'll shut up now.

Now I gotta find me a place two buy two weldon 9200 differential cooler pumps cheap. There like 350.00$ so I gotta try and wheel and deal a bit to keep my cost down. These turbos are replacing the mufflers so they are gonna take some special work to get them set up correctly but pretty much I have it all planed out.

 

Your going to try to do something like the STS setup then?

 

Similar to STS but the turbos will be much closer to the motor than there kit. If I can get this to work then I may be able to have a very very affordable way to turbocharge the 4.6. I will also be adding some other mods in there as well, my goal is 385rwhp so I think I can do it.

 

Whered you get the idea to do this? Was it in that issue of MM&FF? lol The one in your turbo picture.

 

Oh no LOL!! I just happend to have that new mag out and was reading it dreaming of my car. LOL I have always thought about turbo charging, or super charging. The idea came when I first saw the STS kit and then looked at some other turbo kits. I then realised that the car just is not that long and could easily hide turbos under the car. Now insted of having mufflers I will have turbos in the place. Also the real catcher was when I heard a sn-95 5.0 with remote turbos and no mufflers. The sound was unexplainable. Not to loud, just right.

 

Infact here it is. This is the only guy I know of that has the exact set up that I will be fabbing on my car, the only difference is he has a 5.0 liter. But his turbo set up is done exactly how I will do mine.
