Heel to toes man, turn your right foot sideways, heel on brake, toe on gas, left foot on clutch. Works like a charm!

There we go, thats how i do it, works everytime...you can start in first and shift to second if you think your hot ****...

oh yea, this is SOO much easier if you take up the slack in your accelerator pedal here is a link on how to...
