caster/camber + balljoint + bumpsteer INSTALL ? !!!
Are these items easy to install myself then have the car aligned or should i have a shop do them as well? Ford said it would take 3 hours just for the c/c plates to be installed?

I just did all of the above + front control arm bushings, springs and shocks.
it took about 10 hours total. Most of that was dealing with the bushings.
the ball joints are a pain, you will need a press. I rented one from autozone.
Should you do it yourself? I would not drive more than a couple miles on a eyeball alignment.
If you are fairly close to an alignment shop go for it. You can get toe-in pretty close with a tape measure.

too much. like 2.5-3" in front. I want to bring it back up to like a 1-1.5 inch drop. I a had an eibach prokit before and it was too soft, this one is too low but the firmness is just right. Thinking about coilovers.
I love the d-specs though.
