For a 99-04 GT front bumper w/fogs -> 03/04 Cobra front bumper w/fogs conversion?

I couldn't find them at wal-mart where Machwon suggested, These look the same. Just making sure before I order.
I think Machwon paid $3.xx each, these are like $10 each.. So if anyone knows of a cheaper place, lmk! thx
